Furlong do Brazil is an 100% independent company. The company develops logistics operations, and has become one of the most important logistic services groups in Brazil and Mercosur

Company History

1887

Transportes Furlong Argentina began its activities in the city of Buenos Aires in 1887, Pedro Furlong was the founder. Its main activity was the transport of cargo between the ports and the surroundings region

1900

In 1990, in line with the globalization and regional integration of the economy, the company developed commercial and operation bases in Brazil, Chile and Uruguay to provide its clients local and regional services

1992

In 1992 Furlong do Brasil initiated its logistics activities. Furlong do Brasil is an 100% independent company. The company develops logistics operations, and has become one of the most important logistic services groups in Brazil and Mercosur

1994

In 1994, Furlong Argentina (*) (100% independent Strategic partner ) began its pre-delivery operations (Pre-delivery Inspection) in the cars division, with the aim ofcomplementing the services to their main clients, the Automotive Industry

1998

In 1998, Furlong do Brasil stablished quarters in Uruguay. Consequently, it managed to expand its logistic operations that has been going on with the country for decades from Argentina and Brazil

2006

In 2006, Furlong Argentina (*) (100% independent Strategic partner ) stablished quarters in Chile, in order to strengthen its presence in South America, and so it could provide regional logistic services

2014

In 2014, Furlong started its operations with Paraguay, transporting vehicles from Brazil

2015

Since 2015, Transportes Furlong do Brasil provides logistics, distribution, cargo storage, Milk Run, International and National Transportation services in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay
